    中午運動去.....

    今天是開始實施中午運動計畫的第三天,太陽還是很大,風速也很強,走在松樹林和樟樹大道的我,大概是因為有IPOD陪著我,所以還蠻開心的。
     
    今天是秋分了呢!這樣看來,秋天真的是已經來嚕!利用中午休息的時間在外面運動,是一直都很想要做的事情。不過我是個很怕熱的人,要我在大太陽下面走來走去,困難度真的很高。所以這個念頭一直保留在腦海中,似乎假裝什麼都不知道,就可以把念頭留在腦中,不用付諸實行。不過就在上個星期三晚上,真的是被激到了。一把無名火,在肚子裡熊熊燃燒著。加上十月初就要做健康檢查了,為了讓檢查報告的數字好看一點,也為了讓被氣到了的心情能夠平復,所以決定開始中午運動。
     
    很怕熱,所以如果在大太陽下面運動的話,我想會讓我流更多的汗。所以上週四開始,趁著中午大太陽的時候,在公司園區裡走半小時的路。先走半小時,接著拿著換洗的衣物去洗超級快速澡,就算是吹完頭髮之後走回來辦公室,還有十分鐘的時間可以吃中飯。這樣子的規劃和運用我的時間,我想應該是OK的! 實行到現在已經第三天了,雖然不知道這樣對自己的幫助有多少,不過我想要努力的繼續做下去。如果可以藉由這樣的運動計畫,讓我變的更健康,也更能夠努力實踐一件事情的話,我想對我之後做其他的教儀,也會有很大的幫助吧!
